They helped me to get the thai roundhouse kick down and drastically improving my punching, knees, and elbows…now I just have to practice and do more cardio. Much better instruction than the llast gym I attended. These guys are highly recommended!!!

I showed up with… read more my 13 year old son and we were greeted by a sweet older lady who offered us snacks and bananas while we waited for the class to begin. We attended a class with Kru Samarts trainers: Adahm (not sure if that’s how he spells it), Yo and Linglompup. There was one other older trainer but we didn’t get his name unfortunately. Great guys who pushed us to keep going and gave us feedback throughout the session about how we could improve. It was an amazing experience. Kru Samart wasn’t there unfortunately but hopefully we will be back in Thailand one day and we can visit them again! My son and I will definitely remember that experience forever and utilize what they taught us when we train back home.
